Madhumalti is a lead innovator by thought and process introducing coding for kids over the weekend and made it astoundingly popular. She has more than 24 years of experience in technology of which 11 years were with IBM. She formally founded Workshop4Me a.s.b.l. a non-profit organization in Luxembourg eight years ago, to move children from being “consumers” to “creators” using technology. She is Executive Board Member of EASE – European Association of STEAM Educators. She is EU Codeweek Ambassador and EU Robotics National Coordinator for Luxembourg. She is a mentor at the STEM Scholars Program with the New York Academy of Sciences. She mentors children, especially girls for hackathons and coding competitions like Technovation Global App development challenge. She speaks at several technology and entrepreneurship conferences including TEDx, European Women in Technology, Campus Party Italia, and the team have won many awards and accolades.
