Florian Pronold

Parliamentary State Secretary at the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety

Florian Pronold was born in Passau in 1972 and grew up in Deggendorf. He studied law at the University of Regensburg and politics and sociology for several semesters. Since 2013, he has been Parliamentary State Secretary at the BMU, from 2009 to 2017 he was SPD state chairman in Bavaria. He has been a member of the German Bundestag since 2002.
