Christine Regitz studied business administration and physics at Saarland University in Saarbrücken and the Università degli Studi Bari in Italy. From 1993 to 1994 she worked as a consultant at IDS Prof. Scheer GmbH. Since 1994, she has held various positions and roles in software development for SAP SE - most recently as Vice President User Experience, Chief Product Expert. Today, she is Head of Women In Tech@SAP and a member of the Supervisory Board at SAP. At the GI, Christine Regitz was spokesperson for the "Women and Computer Science" specialist group, chaired the presidium working group "Image of Computer Science" and was vice president from 2015 to 2019. She is also active in the regional group "IT Women in the Rhine-Neckar Triangle", as spokesperson for the GI Business Advisory Board, and as spokesperson for the GI working group "Opportunity and Gender Equality".
